University Client Brief:
Our client, Monash ETLab is looking for new ways to track the use of robots in public space, and ask people what they think and feel about everyday robots.
Our goal is to create a digital platform that researchers can use for their research about robots in public space.
Design Outcome:
After discussion with our client, we ended up producing a mobile app for the general public to report their observations on the robot, and a website dashboard for ETLab researchers to effectively use and customise the data collected.
By conducting series of interviews with the public and the researchers from Monash ETLab, we got some keywords to keep in mind.
